Project Summary
When I had the opportunity to work on this, I decided I wanted
to tell a personal story through my past experiences with photos I had taken that had meant a lot to me at a point in my life.
I wanted the photos to be the focus of the piece and be what tells the story, not just the text.
So while trying to emulate Aperture’s signature editorial style,
I experimented with the piece to evoke nostalgic yet wistful feelings of times gone, but not forgotten.
